New auction house, Forum Auctions, hosted a Banksy auction on Wednesday the 12th of October; and what a success! 40 works went under the hammer, and we've picked our top ten most exciting results for you.

No.1 DONUTS (Strawberry)

This signed limited edition print of 299, was estimated to go for something between £6,000 - £8,000. Instead, the work went for a staggering £20,250! In this print, Banksy laughs at the American association with donuts and policemen. The print depicts a convoy of policemen escorting a donut van...

No.2 SOUP CAN (Violet/Cherry/Beige)

Estimated to leave the auction house between £6,000 and £8,000, Banksy's 'Soup Can' hit £20,000. The soup can series comes in 30 different colourways, most of which are an edition of 10 and all are signed by the man himself. Nodding his head to the pop art legend, Andy Warhol, Banksy explores the mundane. In March 2005, Banksy surreptitiously affixed the original colourway version of this print to the walls of New Yorks MoMA.
