Choosing an artwork can seem like a lengthy and daunting process. Here at Hang-Up we're all about making it as pleasant and easy as possible. That's why in this week's blog we go through how you can buy art, ready to hang with no immediate payment, spreading the cost with an interest-free loan over 10 months. Seems to good to be true? It's not.
Using Own Art at Hang-Up...
This is how you can apply for one today. The hardest part is choosing the artwork... Which is why we've made a selection for you below, focusing on framed works so that you don't need to pay or wait for your piece to be framed before you can enjoy it! If you see anything you like, simply click on the image.
First, the simple steps to applying...
1. Once you've picked your artwork, click the Own Art icon to the right of the product.
Making an Own Art application for Rosie Emerson's 'Lena' - it could be hanging on your wall immediately for just £83 per month
2. The Hang-Up team will then be notified that you are interested in purchasing the piece and will send you an application via Hitachi Capital to fill out an online form. This will take approximately 10-15 minutes of your time and you can be approved within half an hour.
The only two stipulations are that you must be a UK resident for at least 3 years and you are over 18 years of age.
If the cost of your chosen piece is above £2,500, you can still get an Own Art loan for that amount and settle the outstanding, shipping or framing, by calling the gallery or making a quick bank transfer.
