Teaming up with the charity L'Auberge des Migrants, the duo spent the week constructing these shelters which will significantly improve the conditions for some. However with the rising numbers including many more women and children the need for more shelter is still overwhelming.
The duo described
the tensions that are continuously building within the camp with violence frequently breaking out between the riot police and refugees. Yet despite
the appalling conditions and force put upon the refugees on a daily basis, they witnessed many moments of extraordinary kindness and generosity.
The Connor Brothers plan to visit The Jungle again before Christmas, to build more shelters and provide solar
power. They will be continuing their fundraising efforts and are extremely grateful to all of you who have helped so far.
