His wall paintings are characterized by the monochromatic composition and its accumulation of human figures, as well as its strong poetic character.

This year, the Spanish artist has taken on exciting projects in Berlin and Italy.

August 2017 saw the unveiling of de la Mano's large mural entitled 'The boats', painted in Varese, Italy.

"My work speaks about the human masses and environment to the action of these masses, their fate .. I’m interested in everything related to anthropology and also on the present". (David de la Mano)

The artist took to his Instagram to show his latest work:

More recently, the artist was involved in a project in Germany's capital, a city famous for its street art. Earlier this month saw the opening of 'Urban Nation Museum for Urban Contemporary Art'.

''Urban Nation in Berlin is the world’s first major institution built to champion and archive street art and graffiti, which fully emerged in New York in the 1970s with artists who would tag the subway tunnels. Since then it has grown into a global movement, with artists making works – mostly illegally – on cityscapes around the world'' (The Guardian).

The showcase features the works of 150 international and local artists. David de la Mano was instantly invited to get involved in the project.
