I am delighted to introduce three newly available Damien Hirst editions from his celebrated Love Poems series: She Walks in Beauty, Sweet Disorder and Longing.
Published by Paragon Press in 2014, Love Poems comprises six photogravure etchings, each rich in colour and detail. Although now over ten years old, these editions feel as fresh and relevant as ever, with their vivid colour, crisp print quality and playful placement of butterflies giving them a striking contemporary presence.
Each of the three editions is from an edition of just 55, professionally framed, in excellent condition, and available for £14,000.
Hirst’s butterfly motif has become one of the most recognisable and enduring symbols within his work. To mark the arrival of these new editions, we have published an editorial taking a closer look at the role of the butterfly across Hirst’s oeuvre from its origins to its continued exploration of beauty, fragility, spirituality and the fleeting nature of life.
Read our editorial and discover more about Hirst’s butterflies, or contact me to enquire about purchasing one of these works.
