Kostas Papakostas uses broad yet delicate brushstrokes to explore the materiality of paint, creating elegant curves and abstract forms.

His latest work focuses on monochromatic tones, particularly in his Whispers series, which examines the relationship between black and white.

In Whispers #02, tighter, more defined strokes create striking highlights, while the softer, flowing forms in Whispers #08 have a gentler, more rhythmic quality. Both pieces invite reflection and spark the imagination.

All my best,

Sophie
