The "princess of polka dots" has designed a unique label and case for the limited-edition La Grande Dame 2012. Kusama and Veuve Clicquot have collaborated before; in 2006 Kusama revisited the portrait of Madame Clicquot Ponsardin, the Champagne house’s founder, for a charity auction in Tokyo.
