Located on the Regent's Canal in N1, our north-facing 150-square-metre studio is set across three floors and offers an impressive environment for various creative pursuits.

The space has abundant natural light throughout the day, but it also offers a complete blackout option.

It is a dynamic, interchangeable space with one movable wall that adds versatility. Featuring five-metre-high ceilings, wood-panelled walls, and polished concrete floors, the ambience is both distinctive and refined.

We're conveniently located just 10 minutes from Old Street and Angel tube stations, as well as Haggerston Overground station.

Beyond the studio space, our facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, production space for make-up and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower.
