A key player in the YBA movement, Turk is known for his large-scale public sculptures, including a gigantic green door in the Olympic Park and a 12-metre nail in the City of London. Smaller pieces often focus on themes of identity and reference characters from popular culture – one of his most famous screen prints is a rendition of Warhol’s portrait of Elvis, speckled with diamond dust.
