12 Epic Moments for 12 Epic Months | Looking Back at 2017

28 Dec 2017

What a year! We are taking a look down memory lane to give you the best moments of the past 12 months at Hang-Up Gallery.

Alas, this year must come to an end... but don't fret(!) we are going to take you through some of our most memorable moments so if you are sitting comfortably...

January

2017 has been a very exciting, politically active, art inspiring year! Kicking off with the inauguration of the President of United States of America. Some of our artists had something to say about that...!

Joe Webb Trumped - Sold out edition!

Shepard Fairey released powerful posters for We The People campaign inline with President Trump's inauguration.

February

Invader opened a show in Paris at Le Musee en Herbe - Hello, My Name is...

Hang-Up Gallery would not be the same if it was not for our gallery manager, Miss Carla Nizzola. This year saw her four-year anniversary! #WhatWouldWeDoWithOutYou...?

March

Carla was our eyes on the ground in March when Banksy rocked our world with the opening of the 'Walled Off Hotel' in Palestine. Banksy caused total controversy, yet again, bringing the worlds gaze back to the West Bank in hope to bring tourism to the war-torn town of Bethlehem.
