A Beautiful Day | We sit down with Dave White

'Tea with Andy' officially launched Saunders' brand new print and installation depicting a rare photograph of Andy Warhol, publicly displayed for the first time. It was the perfect Valentines night, full of drinks, cakes and pink hues!
For the night we were inspired by the decor of the infamous Ritz Hotel circa 1975 - where Red Saunders (Nina's husband) snapped the original photograph of the King of Pop. Curated around the installation and in keeping with the Valentines theme, was work from the likes of Banksy, Harland Miller, David Shrigley, Lauren Baker, Delphine Lebourgeois, Jeff Koons and The Connor Brothers.

By the end of the night the print was sold-out!
Since Andy Warhol died of heart-related problems, we are donating £75 to the British Heart Foundation for every print sold which made the selling-out of the edition extra special to us. Thank you for the great response and help in raising the funds for the organisation.
A big thank you to Hoodsociety's Darcy and Tyson for the photos, Ivan for being in charge of security and Nina's assistant, Alex, for serving our guests.
